Ciative is founded by Christian C. Bürger who has exceptionally broad experience within leadership and engineering in technology organisations (Oticon A/S, Widex A/S and FOSS A/S). Christian has for more than 25 years managed programs, projects and people and lead departments, teams and technology development.

With a very strong background in R&D he has continuously set direction and headed or executed large change and development initiatives whether to organisational structures and processes or to product design and technology.

Working for companies that are ambitious world leaders within their field, Christian has a recognised track record in achieving first class results within complex multicultural development, turning cutting edge technology into powerful solutions that facilitates both customer/clients and business.
